As living, conscious beings, we consist of both body and mind.  Body affects mind, and mind affects body.  Anything that happens to our physical body will register an effect on our mind, either consciously or sub-consciously.  Likewise, our conscious and sub-conscious mental states have a direct effect on all body functions.  Happy, positive thoughts and emotions will have a beneficial effect on body functions, while negative and stressful thoughts and emotions will have harmful effects on the body.

If we want to maintain good health, we need to keep the body, mind, and emotions in a positive state.  Our lifestyle, diet, mental/emotional state, and all input from the 5 senses will determine our overall physical and mental health.

To maintain good health, we need to control these factors:

  1. Food and drinks should be unpolluted, natural/organic, and free from chemical additives as much as possible.
  2. Reduce exposure to inorganic and toxic substances
  3. Stay as much as possible in an unpolluted environment with minimal exposure to air and water pollution, EMF, and radiation.
  4. Keep stress and negative thoughts/emotions to a minimum.

Things to avoid or keep to a minimum:

  • Eating refined sugar
  • Eating trans-fats
  • Eating red meat or mammal meats such as pork, beef, lamb, etc.
  • Negative thinking and stress
  • Taking addictive substances

Things to do:

  •    Prioritize fresh vegetables and fruits in your diet
  •    Get plenty of exercise
  •    Get 7-8 hours of deep sleep each night
  •    Keep your thoughts and emotions positive
